In recent years, the market for warehouse hotel and warehouse logistics services has grown dramatically. Therefore, GM-ITM were right in deciding to keep our original 11,000 square metre distribution terminal when we built a new cross-docking terminal in 2001. The original terminal building on Mars Alle in Horsens is now the focal point of GM-ITMs storage hotel services.
The latest initiative in our development of warehouse logistics services is a group investment in a new warehouse management system, NYCE. The system was implemented for two major warehouse customers at our LBC storage hotel in Tibro, in June and July of 2006. GM-ITM is ready to implement our own version, which will enable us to offer existing and new customers even better and more IT-integrated service.
